StandDownLA2015

Emperor’s College students and alum will again come together this holiday season in service of homeless vets in Los Angeles County by providing treatments at the 2015 Los Angeles Veteran & Families Stand Down.  The Emperor’s medical team composed of at least 65 EC alum, Doctoral and Master’s students will be on hand to treat the estimated 2,500+ homeless and at-risk veterans that will attend the 3-day event from December 19-21. The Stand Down will be the largest event of its kind ever held in the U.S. and is considered the culmination of a challenge made to the nation’s mayors by President Obama and the First Lady to end veteran homelessness by the end of 2015.
