The Emperor’s College Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program was recently reaccredited for seven years, the maximum number of years acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) programs can be reaccredited for.

The Emperor’s College Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) program was reviewed by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), a specialized accreditation agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. The committee examined all aspects of the program in fine detail over the course of three days in June, 2018.

The DAOM is the terminal degree and the highest level of AOM education available in the United States, and the Emperor’s College DAOM program is widely recognized in the field as the top DAOM program in the country.
