Founder’s Scholarship
Open To
New MTOM students and transfer students with no more than 45 transfer credits.
Awards
0-4 a year.
Award Amount
$1,000 tuition credit per quarter, renewable up to eight consecutive full-time quarters.
Considerations
Renewal and Distribution Contingent upon:
- Payment of all outstanding balances
- Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Maintaining full-time status (minimum of 14 credits per quarter). Dropping below full-time status forfeits tuition credit for that quarter only. Tuition credit is nontransferable to another quarter or person.
Selection Criteria
Academic excellence, talent, leadership, community service. No scholarship application is required.
Dean’s Scholarship
Open To
Current full-time pre-clinic students.
Awards
0-5 per quarter.
Award Amount
$800 tuition credit.
Considerations
Distribution Contingent upon:
- Payment of all outstanding balances
- On-time registration for the quarter the award is distributed. Award is nontransferable to another quarter or person.
Selection Criteria
Outstanding performance and/or significant classroom contributions. No scholarship application is required.
President’s Scholarship
Open To
Current full-time level 2-4 interns.
Awards
0-5 per quarter.
Award Amount
$800 tuition credit.
Considerations
Distribution Contingent upon:
- Payment of all outstanding balances
- On-time registration for the quarter the award is distributed. Award is nontransferable to another person or to another quarter.
Selection Criteria
Outstanding performance and/or significant contributions in the clinic. No scholarship application is required.
Alumni Scholarship
Open To
New and transfer students relocating to the area from outside LA County.
Awards
0-2 per quarter.
Award Amount
$1,000 tuition credit applied to the incoming quarter.
Considerations

- On-time registration for the quarter the award is distributed. Award is nontransferable to another quarter or person.
Selection Criteria
Need-based, but with special consideration for applicants who plan on practicing in an underserved community upon graduating. No scholarship application is required.
