Santa Monica, CA (September 18, 2013) – Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2013 with the motto “Inspiring the future of medicine since 1983”.As one of the oldest institutions of Oriental medicine in the United States, Emperor’s College has achieved many important milestones in the last thirty years and has been instrumental in advancing the field of Oriental medicine since 1983.

“We look forward to building an even brighter future as Americans increasingly seek more effective ways to achieve health and wellness,” writes Yun Kim, CEO of Emperor’s College, in her anniversary message.

Celebratory 30th anniversary micro-site unveiled

30 anniversary micrositeOn occasion of its 30th anniversary, Emperor’s College unveiled a celebratory 30th anniversary micro-site that features Yun Kim’s inspiring anniversary message as well as notable achievements of Emperor’s College alumni. Friends of Emperor’s College are invited to leave their congratulatory messages on an interactive message wall and share special memories about their time at the California acupuncture school.

Exclusive CEUs taught by high-profile practitioners

To mark its 30th anniversary in 2013, Emperor’s College will also offer a number of exclusive continuing education seminars taught by high-profile practitioners and scholars in Santa Monica, California, on Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3, 2013. All proceeds from these CEU seminars will be donated to the World Health Organization to support the inclusion of traditional medicine codes in the ICD-11.
