Felice Rubino Emergency Loan Fund

The Felice Rubino Emergency Fund was made possible by the generous gifts of family and friends of Felice Rubino, a patient of Dr. Tiande Yang, a distinguished faculty member at Emperor’s College. Through this fund, master’s students and doctoral fellows may request an interest-free loan of up to $500, as long as monies are available.  The loan fund operates on the good faith that the borrowers will repay the loan, as the monies loaned to students comes from the repayment of past borrowers.

  • Felice Rubino Emergency Loan Fund – $500

To apply for a Felice Rubino Emergency Loan, complete the attached application and submit to Yun Kim, President & CEO.
